Responsibilities
- You’ll play a key role in driving leasing success and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- From first contact through move-in, you’ll support prospects and residents while helping keep the community organized, market-ready, and welcoming.
- Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities
- Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow-up communication in Yardi
- Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications
- Ensure a smooth, seamless move-in experience and confirm property readiness
- Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market-ready vacancies
- Support property bookkeeping, report generation, newsletters, paperwork, and administrative tasks
- Support administrative tasks, reporting, marketing efforts, social media, and resident events
Commitments
Office Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, Saturdays 11am-4pm
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance required
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening if offered the position
Satisfactory background and MVR checks are required as a condition of employment.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily leasing or relevant sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently
- Experience with property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process
- Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on community engagement and customer service
- Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance required

Position: Leasing Professional
Location: The Heights Apartments - Cincinnati, OH
Office Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, Saturdays 11am-4pm
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives
