- Corporate Development & Strategic Analysis:
- Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential targets
- Maintain competitive landscape analysis and target screening to identify potential acquisition targets, partnership opportunities, and emerging competitors, with deep dives into high-priority sub-sectors
- Prepare executive-level materials and investment memos presenting strategic recommendations
- Support post-merger integration activities, including synergy tracking, milestone monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful integration of acquired entities
- Fundraising & Investor Relations:
- Support capital raising initiatives, including equity and debt financing, by developing investor materials, financial models, and data room preparation
- Prepare and maintain investor reporting materials, including quarterly updates, board decks, and annual investor communications
- Assist with investor due diligence requests and coordinate responses across internal teams
- Update and maintain company overview materials and data room for ongoing investor engagement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ad-Hoc Analysis:
- Partner with Engineering, Business Development, Legal, and Finance teams to support deal execution and strategic initiatives

Requirements

YOUR MISSION
As a Strategic Finance Analyst at True Anomaly, you will report to the Strategic Finance Manager and play a critical role in executing our corporate development strategy across capital raising, M&A, and strategic partnerships. You will conduct financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to identify and evaluate opportunities that accelerate our growth. Working closely with finance and business unit leaders, you will provide data-driven insights and support deal execution to help scale the organization. You will also support investor relations activities, including preparation of materials and analysis for investor communications.
