On the Computer Vision & Machine Learning team at GBG Plc in Atlanta, you'll design, implement, fine-tune, and optimize state-of-the-art ML and CV models (including CNNs, transformers, and vision-language models), rigorously evaluate them with appropriate metrics, and analyze data to improve accuracy, robustness, and reliability. You’ll support full ML lifecycles and MLOps practices—covering data preparation, training, deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, and troubleshooting production issues—while proactively enhancing models, workflows, tools, and features. You’ll also mentor junior engineers, participate in design reviews and Agile ceremonies, share knowledge across the team, and stay current on emerging ML and CV trends to deliver high-impact solutions in collaboration with engineering, product, and data stakeholders.

- Technical Development & Innovation
- Design, implement, and optimize state‑of‑the‑art machine learning and computer vision models to enhance product capabilities

Senior Machine Learning Engineer
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and continuously improving machine learning and computer vision models that power production‑grade systems. This role combines strong hands‑on technical execution with mentorship, collaboration, and data‑driven problem solving.
Operating within an Agile environment, the Senior ML Engineer works closely with the machine learning team and cross‑functional partners to translate product requirements into robust ML solutions.
