- Maintain and update website content across Riverhounds SC and Riveters SC web properties using WordPress CMS
- Create, edit, and publish landing pages to support ticket sales campaigns, promotions, theme nights, and Club initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of matchday information, schedules, promotional listings, and ticketing links
- Optimize page layout, navigation structure, and internal linking to improve user flow and conversion paths
- Conduct routine site audits to identify outdated content, broken links, formatting issues, or UX inconsistencies
- Support implementation of SEO best practices including metadata updates, image optimization, and page structure
- Coordinate with Marketing and Ticketing departments to ensure web content aligns with current campaigns and promotional timelines
- Assist with integration and troubleshooting of third-party embeds (ticketing widgets, forms, video players, etc.)

Position Overview
Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC is seeking a highly detail-oriented Digital Web Operations Intern to support the day-to-day management, optimization, and upkeep of the Club’s official website platforms.
This role will be responsible for maintaining the structural integrity, organization, and performance of Riverhounds SC and Riveters SC WordPress-based web properties to ensure an optimal user experience for fans interacting with ticketing, matchday information, promotional content, and Club initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of WordPress CMS functionality and understand how website cleanliness, speed, organization, and usability directly impact digital marketing performance and ticket sales conversion.
This is a technical, execution-focused role supporting the Club’s broader marketing, ticketing, and revenue-generation efforts.
