- Shape and execute the retail consulting strategy and plan for the Atlanta and broader Southeast region, in alignment with TCS’s Global Retail Consulting vision.
- Lead transformation engagements that enhance business performance across merchandising, operations, supply chain, and omnichannel functions.

- Partner with account and industry leaders to drive pipeline growth, jointly developing go-to-market plans and pursuit strategies.
- Represent TCS at regional industry events, conferences, and executive forums to strengthen brand visibility and build professional networks.

- Contribute to the growth and differentiation of TCS’s Retail Consulting Practice by developing new frameworks, methodologies, and points of view on retail transformation.
- Mentor and empower consultants and managers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture.
- Partner with digital, analytics, and technology teams to design and deliver integrated business–technology solutions that bridge strategy and execution.
- Support internal capability building, recruitment, and knowledge-sharing across the broader North America Ret ail Consulting network.
