- Audit and validate Braze architecture, event taxonomy, trigger logic, and journey design for long-term scalability and maintainability
- Identify common post-launch failure points, including data integrity issues, journey sprawl, trigger misuse, and address them before they surface in production
- Define the early optimization approach, including prioritization criteria, testing cadence, and measurement guardrails that enable sustainable program growth beyond the initial launch phase
- Serve as the authoritative voice in client-facing optimization and decisioning discussions
- Translate platform-level complexity into strategic recommendations that build client confidence and connect technical decisions to business outcomes
- Guide the internal team's work across a live engagement, building judgment, not just correcting output
- Shift the operating model from dependency to validation over the course of the engagement, with clear readiness markers for transition

The Senior Braze Optimization & Strategy Lead provides senior platform expertise during a critical client launch and early optimization phase. This is a high-authority role focused on architectural validation, optimization leadership, and client-facing credibility by accelerating internal team capability while ensuring program soundness from day one.

This role brings battle-tested platform judgment to a live client environment by validating architecture, anticipating failure points, and establishing the optimization frameworks that turn a successful launch into a sustainable program.
Beyond the platform itself, this role strengthens OneMagnify's delivery capacity in real time. By coaching the internal team through live decisions rather than hypothetical training, the role shifts the team from correction to confident self-validation, building durable capability.
