- Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with growth objectives
- Lead capital strategy including equity, venture debt, and strategic financing
- Partner with CEO and Board on fundraising, investor relations, and exit strategy (IPO or M&A)
- Build financial models supporting scaling, pricing strategy, and new market expansion
- Corporate Finance & Capital Markets
- Lead future fundraising rounds and strategic financing initiatives
- Manage relationships with venture capital investors, lenders, and advisors
- Oversee valuation strategy and scenario planning
- Prepare company for potential IPO or strategic acquisition
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Build robust forecasting models for hardware sales, SaaS ARR, and blended margins
- Maintain FP&A tools gathering and defining the right KPI dashboards for revenue, CAC/LTV, gross margin by segment, and cash burn
- Drive unit economics optimization and operational efficiency
- Oversee annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Accounting & Controls
- Oversee accounting operations including revenue recognition (ASC 606), inventory accounting, and cost accounting across all Countries and Departments
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Build scalable financial systems and internal controls
- Lead audit process and manage external auditors
- Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Operations on supply chain, hardware COGS, and inventory planning
- Collaborate with Commercial teams on pricing strategy and margin expansion
- Support Product and R&D with capital allocation strategy
- Lead finance team recruitment and development
- Risk & Compliance
- Ensure healthcare regulatory financial compliance (as applicable)
- Oversee risk management, insurance, and treasury functions
- Manage working capital and cash flow optimization
- Maintain, adapt and build the relevant Accounting Policies, Process, Procedures and Controls
- Update Transfer Pricing Masterfile ensuring compliance and accuracy in the resulting rates

Position Overview
