- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT and/or DevOps with a track record of managing complex technical implementations

- Experience supporting containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Engineer to serve as the technical anchor between client infrastructure and our engineering capabilities. In this role, you'll be stationed full-time at the client site to troubleshoot complex systems, optimize our deployed AI platform, and ensure seamless technical delivery and ongoing stability. You'll help strengthen customer trust and accelerate value realization across our healthcare implementations.
