- Soldering/Desoldering- Acuurately rework PCB’s by soldering and desoldering various components, including fine-pitch, SMT and through hole components often under a microscope
- Component rework- Remove and replace defective components on PCB
- Inspection/Testing – conduct visual inspection and perform continuity check on work to ensure proper functionality and adherence to quality specification
- Equipment Operation – Set up and operate specialized equipment, such as soldering stations and microscopes for assembly rework and inspections
- Documentation and collaboration – maintain records of repairs, troubleshoot issues and communicate findings and potential improvements to engineering and quality teams
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints and other engineering documentation
- Related duties as assigned by manager

This role will be based at our Marlborough MA office reporting to Senior Manager of Operations.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers.
