The Senior Manager of Provider Compensation oversees all accounting and finance aspects of physician compensation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. This role is highly collaborative and plays a critical part in developing, communicating, and continuously improving compensation processes while driving transparency and understanding across the organization.
