The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week, and perform various duties.

You will be working in an upscale apartment building and will be expected to build and establish positive, friendly relationships with both property managers and residents.
Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro) Ideally, the candidate would live in the South Bay or Menlo Park area.
Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols

- At least 18 years old.
