Requirements
  • 5+ Years experience in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA (or similar software) for creating detailed mechanical designs and 3D models.
  • Deep understanding of chassis suspension systems, including but not limited to coil springs, shock absorbers, sway bars, and active-chassis products, with experience in designing and optimizing these systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for performing simulations and finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate and optimize the performance of mechanical components.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve design challenges.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to document and present design processes, test results, and technical specifications clearly and concisely.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US. (This role does not offer visa sponsorship or support.)
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced degrees or specialized courses in automotive design or vehicle dynamics preferred.
  • 5+ Years experience in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA (or similar software) for creating detailed mechanical designs and 3D models.
  • Hands-on vehicle experience and vehicle dynamics knowledge are strongly preferred.
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • (Not required) – Advanced degrees or specialized courses in automotive design or vehicle dynamics preferred.
