- Oversee daily building operations including maintenance, safety, security, janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal.
- Manage service contracts and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs.

- Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets in alignment with ownership goals.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams including leasing, legal, accounting, and construction to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Monitor lease expirations and support lease renewal processes in collaboration with the advisory team
- Supervise on-site staff (if applicable) and support team development.

- Pennsylvania Real Estate License (required)
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial property management
- Strong financial acumen and experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Position Summary:
The Senior Property Manager is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of MRA owned and/or managed real estate to maximize financial performance, ensure tenant satisfaction, and uphold the reputation of the property and ownership.
