- What You’ll Do: ✔ Financial Leadership – Provide accurate, timely, and objective financial data to support informed business decisions. ✔ Strategic Oversight – Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, while guiding economic objectives and policies to optimize performance. ✔ Cash & Asset Management – Maintain cash forecasts, oversee banking activities, and ensure a clean balance sheet across properties. ✔ Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and all local, state, and federal tax requirements. ✔ Acquisitions & Growth – Support new property acquisitions, including setting up banking, credit cards, payroll, and tax accounts. ✔ Collaboration & Support – Work closely with General Managers, Controllers, and Ownership accounting teams to drive financial goals. ✔ Leadership & Technology – Manage a small team of accounting professionals while leveraging M3, ProfitSword, Microsoft Office, and strong Excel skills.
