  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship activation, account management, sports/motorsports/entertainment marketing, agency event marketing, or related field.
  • Exposure to / experience working with automotive brands or professional sports league environments preferred.
  • Partnership Strategy, Activation & Account Management
  • Experience supporting and managing corporate partnerships, including onboarding, activation execution, contract fulfillment, reporting, and renewals.
  • Working knowledge of partnership marketing strategy and sponsorship activation best practices.
  • Familiarity with sponsorship assets and revenue drivers (signage, hospitality, digital/social integrations, premium experiences, etc.).
  • Experience assisting with the planning and execution of partner activations and events, including on-site support.
  • Ability to contribute creative ideas that enhance marketing and activation campaigns.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day partner communication while balancing internal priorities and client expectations.
  • Builds positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead smaller projects while contributing to broader team initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and event teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying, resolving, or escalating issues as needed.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment, demonstrating professional maturity while maintaining personable engagement

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting in small group or client settings.
  • Experience supporting reporting efforts, revenue tracking, and post-event recaps.
  • Able to think quickly, adapt to change, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Proficient / Experienced in the following programs and platforms: Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Constant Contact or similar E-Mail Marketing Platform, Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, and Event Marketing Software (Cvent) is a plus

Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
