- Accurately maintain all third-party payroll requirements.
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure end-to-end process excellence.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- Supporting employees.
- Provide assistance when required with the related teams in project implementation tasks, audits and year end.
- Experience in regulatory compliance audits such as Worker Compensation for the US payroll.

THE ROLE
The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting the payroll processes for US and Canada. The role is fully remote, reporting to the Global Payroll Manager.
