Requirements
  • The ideal applicant should demonstrate a strong background in at least two of the following areas:
  • – Signals and systems / linear systems
  • – Optimization and inverse problems
  • – Scientific computing (Python / MATLAB)
  • – Medical imaging (OCT, MRI, ultrasound)
  • – Numerical modeling (finite elements, PDE-based modeling)
  • Applicants should possess a genuine interest in interdisciplinary research, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to develop innovative solutions in computational imaging.
  • Experience in handling complex datasets, developing algorithms, and implementing computational models will be highly valued.
Preferred Skills
  • – Scientific computing (Python / MATLAB)
  • – Machine learning / deep learning (with preference for experience in PyTorch)
  • – Medical imaging (OCT, MRI, ultrasound)
  • – Numerical modeling (finite elements, PDE-based modeling)
  • Students from electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, applied physics, or closely related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in handling complex datasets, developing algorithms, and implementing computational models will be highly valued.
