- Member and Guest Service:
- Provide impeccable, personalized service to all members and their guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Anticipate member and guest needs, addressing requests promptly and professionally.
- Order Management:
- Present menus, offer detailed descriptions of dishes, and make informed recommendations, including wine and beverage pairings.
- Accurately take and input orders into the POS system, ensuring attention to dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Delivery and Presentation:
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining elegant and proper service techniques consistent with fine dining standards.
- Ensure all food and beverage presentations meet the club's quality and aesthetic standards.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the culinary, management and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of service.
- Support team members during peak times and assist with side work, including resetting tables and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Knowledge and Upselling:
- Stay well-versed in all menu offerings, daily specials, and club events to provide informed recommendations.
- Promote additional food and beverage options to enhance the member experience.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Employment beyond the probationary period is contingent on satisfactory performance and adherence to club standards.
