- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, PR, web, and paid channels with clear performance goals
- Develop and execute demand-generation programs targeting both organizations and individual executives (webinars, whitepapers, podcasts, events, education-based funnels) that lead to qualified pipeline growth
- Support client marketing programs including brand audits, content assets, visibility deliverables, and campaign coordination
- Oversee EBA digital presence including website, microsites, and content platforms
- Manage and maintain Donald Thompson’s digital assets and presence including website, profiles, content library, and related platforms
- Manage and execute email marketing programs for both EBA and Donald Thompson, including newsletters, campaigns, and audience segmentation
- Collaborate with strategy, content/programming, and client success teams to align corporate marketing and client visibility initiatives
- Manage and direct freelance and contract contributors across content, design, PR, and digital

The Role: PR/Marketing Manager The PR/Marketing Manager supports the execution of EBA’s marketing programs across corporate brand and client visibility initiatives. This role focuses on campaign coordination, asset production, and marketing operations across social media, PR, digital, and thought-leadership marketing, including management of Donald Thompson’s digital presence and assets. This is a hands-on role for an organized marketer with strong design sensibility and execution discipline. You will help translate strategy into visible market presence by producing high-quality assets, coordinating contributors, and maintaining consistent marketing execution across channels. You will collaborate across EBA’s delivery ecosystem—including strategy, content and programming, and client success—to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and at a premium standard.
