Requirements
  • Good understanding of scientific / technical concepts.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, written and spoken.

  • Solid understanding of digital tools: CMS (WordPress or similar); SEO/SEM basics; Social media management; CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust across countries and teams.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
  • Skilled at coordinating stakeholders and managing multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Creative mindset for storytelling, design briefing, and problem-solving.
  • Curious, adaptable, and motivated to elevate marketing across the region.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing (multi-country experience preferred); food industry a strong plus; baking a bonus.
  • Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple markets.
  • Ability to work independently while following strategic direction from management.
  • Ability to travel 20–30 days per year.
