- Act as key point of contact for local teams regarding marketing execution.
- Ensure that brand guidelines are respected across regions.
- Share best practices, materials, and marketing calendars across countries
- Coordinates and follow up the marketing budgets.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities.

Main Functions
About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing professional to lead and elevate our marketing efforts across multiple brands and European markets related to baker’s yeast. Until now, marketing has been driven locally within each country. This new role will bring cohesion, alignment across all markets while empowering local teams and ensuring strong execution through agencies and partners.
Because we operate in the food ingredients sector, this role requires someone who can translate technical product knowledge into compelling, market-relevant messaging. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, BU Management, Quality, and global & local marketing teams to ensure our communication is accurate, differentiated, and aligned with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
This is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on execution with strategy coordination, and in a dynamic, international environment.
