  • 6-8+ years of experience in editorial, content, or social storytelling, with 3+ years leading/guiding teams, projects, etc.
  • Strong editorial instincts and a proven point of view on culture, voice, and storytelling
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and how editorial content performs within them
  • Experience shaping brand narratives through owned and social channels
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills—you know how to elevate work without flattening it
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across creative disciplines
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, culturally driven environment
  • A passion for sneakers, fashion, streetwear, or adjacent culture spaces Nice to have skills
  • Background in editorial media, design, art direction, publishing, or digital-first brands
  • Experience working closely with designers, video teams, and social strategists
