- Portfolio Company Financial Oversight: Serve as a strategic financial advisor to portfolio company CFOs and finance teams, guiding them on financial strategy, operational improvements, and value creation initiatives.
- Establish and standardize financial reporting score cards, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes across the portfolio.
- Monitor financial performance of portfolio companies, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and working with management to implement corrective actions or capitalize on growth initiatives.

The Value Accelerator (“VA”) is a critical component of the Asset Management Division investing strategy at Goldman Sachs. Overview Of Role
The VP of Finance for Portfolio Operations will be a critical member of our investment team, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the financial performance and capabilities of our portfolio companies. This individual will work directly with the CFOs and finance teams of our portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance, implementing best practices, and ensuring robust financial reporting and controls. Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$300000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
