- Serve as a finance partner to operations and supply chain leaders, supporting planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Evaluate financial results against plan and prior periods, identifying trends, drivers, and areas of risk or opportunity
- Develop and maintain management reporting, dashboards, and executive level materials
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate capital investments, capacity decisions, and operational initiatives
- Support annual planning and ongoing forecast updates, including sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with cost accounting to ensure alignment between actual results, forecasts, and margin analysis
- Monitor operating and capital expenditures, providing visibility and insights to budget owners

- Five or more years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or similar analytical roles
- Prior experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operations driven organizations
- Experience working in a public company or highly regulated environment preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate investment decisions
- Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing executive level presentations
- Exposure to financial planning systems such as Adaptive or comparable tools
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems

The Senior Financial Analyst will support Operations FP&A, partnering closely with Manufacturing, Facilities, and Supply Chain leadership. This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to senior business partners and involvement in key strategic initiatives. The role blends core FP&A responsibilities with decision support, reporting, and ROI modeling. The right person will be comfortable working with manufacturing data, capital investments, and cost structures while translating operational activity into actionable financial insight.
