- Working in close partnership with an interdisciplinary peer leadership team, this role ensures clinical services are aligned, collaborative, and centered on whole-person care.
- This role provides direct leadership to clinical managers and lead providers, ensures high standards of care and compliance, and translates organizational strategy into sustainable clinical operations.
- The Director of Clinic Operations facilitates and supports growth and sustainability of the designated programs, owns department-level budgets, leads the development of value-based care models, and establishes robust audit, monitoring, and quality assurance systems.
- This role also plays a critical role in staff relations, culture-building, and leadership development across clinical teams.
- This individual collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of philosophy, policies, procedures, and strategic goals of I Am Boundless.

- Experience with value-based care models, quality measurement, or alternative payment structures.
