- Align FP&A outputs with operational drivers (volume, mix, pricing, cost)
- Support or lead FP&A aspects of post-M&A integration (KPIs, reporting, planning alignment)

Overview: This consulting engagement places a Director-level FP&A leader into a high-visibility finance transformation initiative focused on upgrading planning, forecasting, and performance management capabilities. The consultant will assess current FP&A processes, models, and reporting including post-M&A complexities and design an improved, insight-driven framework that strengthens executive decision support and operational performance across manufacturing/CPG activities. Key Responsibilities:
