- Establish and apply in vitro, in vivo, and in site models to identify and characterize novel antibody therapeutics
- Evaluate novel pathways and mechanisms for immunological therapeutic intervention and formulate strategies for bispecific and combination approaches

- Prepare written reports to specification and oral presentations on research projects
- Prepare documents for submission to domestic and international regulatory agencies

Requirements
- PhD in immunology, cancer biology or related field with 2 - 5+ years of relevant academic and/or pharmaceutical or biotech experience
- Background in human immune cell biology, or immune cell receptor signaling research
- Expertise in discovery and development of protein therapeutics and mammalian cell culture
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess the right attitude (agile, curious, positive, open-minded, “can-do” mindset), and have the ability and strong desire to “make things happen”
- Bench top work in a BSL-2 laboratory environment, including potential exposure to biohazards

This on-site laboratory role is in the research and development group. The ideal candidate is a highly energetic and motivated Senior Scientist with experience in discovery and development of protein therapeutics. The position requires a strong background in immunology oncology, and tumor biology, as well as hands-on experience with major biotechnology platforms for biologics drug development.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.
While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.
