- Participate in complex negotiations with our portfolio companies, PE sponsors and other constituents
- Analyze historical financial information and prepare/present projected company financials
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence (including onsite work)
- Perform financial modeling and other analytics
- Collaborate with portfolio deal teams on individual investments
- Legal documentation review and analysis, including loan agreements, sale agreements and restructuring documentation (as applicable)

Job Purpose: As a Vice President, you will perform credit underwriting / sourcing, portfolio monitoring and analysis on large U.S. middle market companies owned by Cerberus Business Finance. You will also perform in-depth investment analysis, assisting senior investment professionals through full deal lifecycle for loan investments. Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Willingness to travel to portfolio companies as needed The base salary for this position is expected to be between $175,000.00 and $225,000.00. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is often a meaningful portion of the compensation package, and a robust benefits package.
