- Manage an assigned portfolio of Commercial Banking relationships, ensuring timely completion of annual, semi-annual, and quarterly credit reviews.
- Oversee ongoing monitoring requirements, including borrower financial reporting, covenant tracking, collateral monitoring, borrowing base analysis, and post-closing items.
- Review and analyze borrower financial statements and third-party reports (e.g., appraisals, field exams, collateral exams, engineering and other diligence reports) to confirm compliance with credit terms.
- Identify early warning indicators and emerging credit risks, recommend risk rating changes, and escalate concerns as appropriate while supporting mitigation strategies in coordination with Credit leadership.
- Partner with Commercial Relationship Managers on new credit requests and existing loan events, including renewals, extensions, amendments, waivers, and modifications.
- Prepare financial spreads, executive summaries, and complete credit packages for internal underwriting and approval.
- Track, resolve, and clear financial, policy, and documentation exceptions in collaboration with lending, underwriting, and loan operations teams.
- Support efficient processing of renewals and modifications by coordinating across internal departments and serving as a key point of contact.
- Monitor past-due exposure, upcoming maturities, and borrower communication to proactively manage risk and portfolio performance.
- Maintain awareness of economic conditions and industry-specific trends impacting Commercial Banking portfolios.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Credit, Portfolio Management, or Credit Underwriting within a Commercial Banking environment.
