Requirements
  • Comfortability pinch-hitting as a copywriter in an internal marketing team.
  • Possess an eye for design and expert skill set for creating Google Slides.
  • End-to-End Program Execution: Support the full lifecycle of marketing launch moments (both scaled and targeted), following direction and then hitting the ground and running with limited oversight.
  • Project Management: Own the operational rigor—project work back plans, production timelines and success metrics.
  • Creative Expertise with Technical Execution: Early adopter of emerging technologies (including AI) with a keen interest and ability to experiment with Google owned tools, (Gemini prompts, Notebook LM, internal video creation tools) and create strategies to leverage them to increase efficiency and creative problem solving for internal resource restrictions (such as website design and video creation)
  • Data-driven: Able to leverage data to make marketing decisions that ensure the continued optimization of campaigns and projects Qualities:
  • Able to balance being resourceful and scrappy in process with an obsession with quality in an end product is paramount to success
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration and expert communicator
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a complex matrixed environment
  • Used to building strong relationships with an array of partners inside and outside (vendors) the organization
  • Possesses a creative flair and doesn’t hesitate to bring new ideas to the table
