Responsibilities
- Serve as a single point of contact for the Owner and assigned Sales team as it relates to questions and/or disputes, cash flow, application activities and past due balances.
- Work closely with Sales team to monitor and manage potential at-risk sensitive accounts.
- Research information/reasons for non-payment within the contractual agreed terms and work with Owner and Sales to form corrective action solutions.
- Manage final accounting process for owners moving within various product offerings, onboarding, or exit of program.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting for all content for the accounts receivable month end process.
- Prepare the monthly accounts receivable cash-inflow statement and all other applicable required ad hoc reports.
- Manage cash application activities by analyzing and auditing assigned AR transactions by ensuring the contractual and FAA regulations are met.
- Build solid relationships with their assigned Owners to effectively reduce the payment turnover cycle.
- Manage the 60+ day past due report by contacting the Owner and bringing Sales in if needed to formulate resolutions.
- Work with the contracts team to request non-payment letters to be sent to Owners.
- Assist management with any legal manners that involve their Owners.

Purpose of Position
The Receivables Management Analyst utilizes NetJets resources, personal experience, and knowledge of the Owner and Sales Partner to analyze and manage all accounts receivable transactions for their assigned accounts. This position utilizes account analysis information and applies relationship management skills to consult with internal and external customers, including significant contact with Owners, to provide solutions to increase receivables turnover and to lower DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). This position plays a large role in the month-end closing process by preparing and analyzing reports and resolving any transactions that are causing variances.
