Responsibilities
- This position will report to the Director, Field Marketing.
- In addition to the Marketing team and the Events and Experiences team, you will work cross-functionally with Circle’s Business Team, Product team, and Executive Leadership team.
- You will play a role in the development and execution of Circle’s global event strategy for the Arc blockchain community and for the developers building on Arc and Circle.
- You will be involved in the day-to-day management of our events, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that we are efficient in how we execute, and most importantly that events are generating value.
- You will play a foundational role in scaling a global events strategy for the Arc community, aimed at educating developers and builders on the benefits of the new blockchain.
- The events will take various forms, from owned meetups, co-sponsored meetups to hackathons.
- You will become the point of contact for our DevRel and Developer Marketing teams for hackathons and builder events, owning the event logistics from start to finish.
- You will work closely with the Ecosystem Business Development team, enabling them to attend and participate in global blockchain tradeshows.
- You will act as the primary point of contact at Circle for all internal stakeholders and outside partners / vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of all Arc-related events.
- You will assist in the research and evaluation of prospective events and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with these stakeholders.
- In partnership with Marketing Operations, you’ll develop a regular cadence of reporting and analytics on the events business that will be presented to various stakeholders including the executive team.

- 4+ years of B2B field or events marketing or related experience.
- Experience managing and executing event strategies with the purpose of demand generation.

Base Pay Range: $112,500 - $147,500
