Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality marketing content for the firm’s website, social media platforms, blog articles, newsletters, client alerts, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling, and client-focused messaging.
- Design and produce branded marketing materials including brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, proposals, infographics, event collateral, digital ads, and website graphics.
- Maintain and evolve the firm’s visual identity across print, web, email, and social platforms to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and maintain the firm’s CRM system, including contact segmentation, data integrity, imports/cleanups, and list management.
- Develop and execute CRM-driven email campaigns, newsletters, and event invitations; track performance metrics and generate reports on engagement, ROI, and pipeline activity.
- Oversee and grow the firm’s social media presence by developing, scheduling, and monitoring compliant content aligned with brand voice and practice areas; analyze engagement data and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Utilize legal AI and marketing automation tools to enhance content development, research, SEO strategy, and campaign performance while ensuring accuracy and appropriate human oversight.
- Manage the end-to-end process for RFPs and pitch submissions, including intake, drafting, review, coordination with attorneys, and final delivery; maintain proposal databases, experience descriptions, attorney biographies, and matter highlights.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client-facing events, seminars, conferences, sponsorships, and firm-hosted programs, including vendor management, budgeting, logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
- Support on-site event execution and ensure a polished, professional client experience.
- Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, maintaining marketing calendars, workflows, documentation, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate effectively with attorneys, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with broader business development goals.

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or content management; experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or professional organization.
