Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes (B2B SaaS and AI/ML products strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic growth initiatives from conception to execution, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical skills with deep expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.

  • Track record of creating or overseeing high-quality video content for B2B marketing, including product demos, thought leadership, and launch campaigns
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth, subscription business models, and self-service conversion funnels
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and engineering teams
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth, subscription business models, and self-service conversion funnels
