- Responsible for leading and supporting a national engineering consulting firm's marketing and communications strategy focused on the Central Texas Region.
- Consult the local offices on business plan strategies to support proposal development, event coordination, public relations, and digital communications.
- Partner with corporate marketing to create and update promotional collateral and execute marketing plans.
- Strategize, plan, and participate in local and regional trade shows/conferences and lead project interview preparation.
- Develop expertise with our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, have a strong eye for detail, focus on team building, strategy, and accountability to support our vision of being Best at People, leading in innovation, and dominant in our markets.
- Lead marketing and communications strategy, capture planning, and proposal development.
- Development of regional marketing plans that align with business growth goals and plans.
- Lead and facilitate a weekly marketing meeting for the Central Texas Region.
- Represent the firm within AEC professional organizations to identify networking opportunities and share market insights.
- Collaborate with project managers and/or pursuit champions to plan, coordinate, design, edit, and produce strategic, high-quality RFP/RFQ submittals.
- Lead market, competitor, and client research efforts.
- Manage and actively participate in the event planning and organization of trade shows/conferences/community involvement/client appreciation gift campaigns.
- Maintain, utilize, and champion CRM efforts.
- Provide support for miscellaneous marketing requests and firm initiatives.
- Ability to lead and empower a marketing team, encouraging growth, accountability, and high-quality work.
