- Define and own the enrollment growth strategy across all affordability programs—Inclusive Access, OER, and emerging models—to maximize student participation in reduced-cost and free course materials.
- University Partnership & Faculty Engagement
- Lead strategic engagement with faculty, academic departments, UT Libraries, and campus stakeholders to drive program adoption and position the Co-op as a trusted partner.
- Operational Strategy & Simplification
- Set strategic direction for course materials and school supplies operations; drive simplification of legacy complexity and ensure operational excellence as the industry evolves.
- Affordability Mission, Measurement & Visibility
- Champion the Co-op's affordability mission by owning progress measurement toward the BHAG, partnering with Marketing and E-commerce on brand visibility, and ensuring the affordability story reaches students, faculty, and the University community.

- Demonstrated experience leading affordability, Inclusive Access, or similar student-centered program initiatives.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with faculty, academic departments, and campus stakeholders.
- Experience with enrollment data analysis, program measurement, and reporting to leadership.
- Familiarity with course materials industry trends, including OER, Equitable Access, and digital-first delivery models.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, E-commerce, IT, and Finance teams.
- Microsoft Suite with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
