Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience and leadership with emphasis on B2B services marketing
  • Demonstrated experience supporting geographic expansion, new market entry, or multi-location marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience building and executing B2B marketing campaigns, including writing emails, creating landing pages, and launching campaigns within marketing automation platforms (not just overseeing or approving work)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, with direct experience building campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and reports
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Ability to provide examples or a portfolio of executed campaigns.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% to Blue & Co. office locations
Preferred Skills
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Professional services industry experience (accounting, consulting, legal, or similar)
  • Experience with M&A integration marketing
  • HubSpot experience
  • Background in B2B demand generation and account-based marketing approaches
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • (Not required) – MBA or equivalent advanced degree
