- Strategic Leadership & ROI Ownership
- Develop and execute a full-funnel social media strategy tied directly to lead generation and revenue goals
- Establish KPIs that connect social media performance to pipeline growth
- Build reporting dashboards that clearly demonstrate ROI to executive leadership Industrial-Focused Content Strategy
- Create authority-driven content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and industry-relevant channels
- Develop educational and trust-building content including: Before/after facility transformations Safety & compliance highlights Project case studies Time-lapse industrial & commercial jobs Facility maintenance insights
- Position Industrial Painter as the go-to thought leader in industrial facility protection and longevity Lead Generation & Paid Strategy
- Develop and manage paid & organic social campaigns targeting facility managers, plant engineers, and operations executives
- Test and optimize campaigns to drive inbound estimate requests
- Implement retargeting strategies to capture warm prospects Video & Authority Building
- Lead short-form and long-form video strategy to showcase large-scale industrial projects
- Repurpose project footage into high-performing content assets Analytics & Optimization
- Track platform performance, cost-per-lead, engagement rates, and conversion data
- Continuously test creative formats, messaging angles, and targeting strategies
- Present monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations Team & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to capture on-site content
