- Build and customize web pages and microsites in HubSpot/WordPress

- Reporting to the Marketing Director, your primary responsibilities in this key role are to:
- Serve as the strategic lead for the company website(s) with the goal of driving traffic, engagement, and click-throughs by optimizing content and website experiences
- Execute, manage, and optimize email, social media, search engine optimization, and other website traffic sources
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize lead generation forms and landing pages
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce store to maximize conversions
- Implement and manage new strategies to grow the company’s digital marketing audience
- Track digital marketing campaigns using web analytics to improve channel/campaign performance, while maximizing ROI of marketing campaign

In this full-time position at our Newton, Massachusetts headquarters (hybrid), the Digital Operations Specialist: Marketing Technology and Ecommerce is a key member of our nimble and entrepreneurial marketing team who executes campaigns and other initiatives to drive growth for all of our business units (publishing, executive education, and management consulting). You’ll work with our forward-thinking marketing team help execute accurate and timely campaigns across digital marketing channels including our website(s) and email marketing, study email list performance and make recommendations, brainstorm audience generation campaigns and then deploy, manage inbound lead flow and segmentation, develop nurture campaigns, help our paid search vendor track orders, and other tasks as related to digital marketing initiatives.
