- Execute sales goals set by the Branch Manager and Regional Sales Manager and use these as guidelines for daily sales activities.
- Schedule and execute face-to-face (in-person and virtual) sales meetings.
- Support the sales and marketing teams.
- Generate sales that meet company margin objectives by communicating with and identifying leads, referrals, and add-on opportunities.
- Ensure lead times and communication quality are maintained to control and plan workflows effectively.
- Use sales reporting and planning tools to manage time and sales efforts efficiently.
- Maintain field presence with new and existing clients to support sales and customer development and cultivate referral business and relationships.
- Assist with proposal preparation, deliver and follow-up on proposals, and complete RFPs and vendor application requests.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue major potential projects through contract execution.
- Assist and attend selected marketing and networking events both during the day and occasionally in the evenings and weekends.
- Travel locally for meetings with clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
