- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure readiness and presentation standards
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

Position Summary
The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors at The Club at Tartan Fields. This role sets the tone for the member experience by delivering exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and personalized service.
