Responsibilities
- The Coordinator, MiLB Partnership Activation is responsible for assisting strategic Minor League Baseball (MiLB) partnership programs.
- This position focuses on the support of driving commercial value for each MiLB partner leveraging property specific assets and ownership platforms.
- The role will play an integral role in overall partner growth and retention efforts for MiLB.
- Maintain and support relationships with clients and clubs; serving as liaison and striving to drive enterprise-wide commercial value
- Assist partner account leads with duties including activation execution
- Support on communication of partner needs across the 120 Club markets
- Assist social media team utilizing enterprise software to execute sponsored campaigns across MiLB and 120 Club handles, including posting and post-campaign analytics
- Collaborate with relevant departments to integrate and traffic partners across digital plans
- Ensure quality control review of client creative material to promote sponsorship activities while maintaining integrity and consistent branding of MiLB
- Manage the KORE inventory management platform and Proof of Performance monthly process with all 120 Clubs
- Generate pre-monthly and end-of-season reports to assist in assessing overall effectiveness of the current partnerships
- Approximately 20% travel is expected in this position

- One (1) to two (2) years relevant experience, sports and entertainment industry highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required; advanced knowledge of MS Power Point preferred
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and proficiency in social media platforms required

- Ability to interact with a wide spectrum of personalities ranging from entry-level through to C-Level

In addition, this role will work very closely with other business units and key constituents and each of the 120 Clubs with a focus on executing sponsored social media campaigns. The role will play an integral role in overall partner growth and retention efforts for MiLB.

Salary Range: $67,000 - $70,000 (Base Salary) + Bonus
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related aspects of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring decision.
