- Performs all PM’s based on a scheduled event for all Lake Air plants, and tracks results.
- Maintain facilities and grounds as well as manage associated contract services and repairs.
- Provide technical support by training and troubleshooting to all manufacturing employees.
- Interpret operational manuals, manufacturer’s specifications, blueprints, and schematics for manufacturing and ancillary equipment.
- Works together with the Production departments for Continuous Improvement programs.
- Remains current on all OSHA, Arc Flash, and LO/TO procedures and updates as required
- Trains on proper equipment maintenance and repair.
- Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Make recommendations on the use of machinery and equipment.
- Works with outside vendors in painting and performing structural repairs to buildings, equipment, masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
- Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.

We are looking for a 1st shift Maintenance Technician to join our New Hope, MN Location.
