Requirements
  • Background applying geospatial analysis to the planning and design of civil infrastructure systems is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to integrate geospatially with MicroStation, AutoCAD, ORD, etc.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring geospatial professionals.
  • Experience in writing proposals, developing scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
  • A minimum of 8 years of practical GIS experience; an advanced degree in relevant field may offset 4 years of experience
  • Proficient in use of ArcGIS, ArcGIS extensions and Microsoft 365 Apps
  • Expertise in data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to write reports that summarize spatial analyses and communicate findings with charts, tables and narrative
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a GIS project leader including development of technical approach, budget, scheduling, and quality assurance
  • Ability to identify industry trends and determine where company capabilities can be marketed to existing and potential clients
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Skills
  • Python experience strongly preferred.
