Responsibilities
- Event Strategy & Execution: Identify, evaluate, and execute on conferences, trade shows, and industry events that drive pipeline.
- You'll manage everything from booth design to post-event follow-up.
- Field Marketing Programs: Create and run regional campaigns, executive dinners, roundtables, and customer events that generate qualified opportunities for our sales team.
- Demand Generation: Own and execute multi-channel campaigns — email, paid, content, and events — that fill the top of funnel and convert into pipeline.
- You'll be accountable for marketing's contribution to our ARR goals.
- Content & Brand: Develop and manage content across channels — website, LinkedIn, email, and collateral — that positions BeHeard as the go-to platform for authentic employee feedback.
- You'll keep our brand voice consistent and our messaging sharp.
- Marketing Operations & Analytics: Own our marketing tech stack, track performance across all channels, and report on what's working.
- You'll make data-driven decisions to optimize spend and improve conversion.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Negotiate with vendors, manage agency or contractor relationships, track budgets, and ensure we're getting ROI on every dollar spent.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales on target account engagement, with leadership on messaging and positioning, and with customer success on retention and expansion programs.
- A consistent pipeline of qualified leads flowing from both events and digital channels
- Clear metrics and reporting that tie marketing activity directly to revenue
