  • A consistent pipeline of qualified leads flowing from both events and digital channels

  • 4-6+ years in a marketing role spanning demand gen, field marketing, content, or growth (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to build and run programs independently — from strategy through execution and analysis
  • Comfortable owning the full stack: campaigns, events, content, tools, budgets, and metrics
  • Bias toward action — you figure things out rather than waiting for a playbook
  • Strong project management skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (we use Salesforce and Apollo)
  • Willingness to travel 20% for conferences, client events, and regional programs Bonus Points
  • Experience in customer experience, feedback, or HR tech platforms
  • Background in ABM or account-based marketing
  • Graphic design or basic creative skills (Canva, Figma, etc.)
