Responsibilities
- Company-wide parties and events
- Provides supervision, vision, and direction for Community Managers and their teams.
- Participates in Regional Manager meetings, offering strategic input at the team level, providing insight and input on roll outs of new initiatives, policies & procedures.
- Oversees client relations to maintain a positive, collaborative, and trusted partnership.
- Hires, trains, empowers, motivates, supervises, disciplines and terminates associates, as needed.
- This includes performance reviews and instructing and advising Community Managers of employee procedures and guidelines.
- Reviews and supports the development of site budgets and responsible for the financial success of the portfolio.
- Maintains consistent metrics to identify trends and provide input, recommendations and support to regions as needed.
- Visits properties to verify quality maintenance, grounds, and leasing office standards of Peerless Presentation.
- Compiles market surveys.
- Identifies trends and creates plans to reach goals.
- Maintains awareness of market/industry conditions and trends via trade publications, professional organizations, etc.
- Ensure compliance and adherence with company policies and procedures, employment/payroll laws, Fair Housing Law, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and any other applicable laws pertaining to property management.
Commitments
Schedule: Hybrid; Full-time; Monday - Friday.
May include nights and weekends, as needed.
Real Estate Broker’s License is required or able to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Licensing fees are the responsibility of the associate.
Ability to use critical thinking to discern priorities personally and for the department.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to travel locally (Greater Portland area) for site visits, meetings, etc.; May be required to travel to Seattle Home Office on occasion
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds, on occasion.
Hybrid work environment, requiring in-person work at Thrive's Oregon Home Office on a weekly basis.
