- Organize, run and supervise smooth and efficient daily opening and closing shifts in the assigned outlet(s), ensuring an exceptional and luxury guest and Team Member experience
- Lead pre-shift meetings and complete all manager checklists and duties
- Respond immediately and effectively to guest and team member needs and feedback while fostering our culture
- Monitor guest feedback scores/comments and address accordingly and champion guest satisfaction score programs
- Support the department strategic goals and plans; support departmental recognition program for delivering great service to our guests
- Positively and proactively collaborate with other department leaders to ensure we meet the organization's goal
- Model and promote teamwork across all teams
- Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and Team Members, and respond with patience and courtesy
- Assist in managing costs, driving sales and growing the business in support of financial goals
- Assist with the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training of all hourly team members
- Implement SOPs for all venues to align with Forbes and Resort standards, holding staff accountable for consistent and luxury service
- Perform regular and ad hoc inventories of food, beverage and restaurant supplies and track high-cost items; place food, beverage and restaurant supply orders; and accept and inspect deliveries
- Enforce cash handling, credit cards, house accounts, and other internal billing policies with the accounting department
- Operate necessary software, including cashiering, reporting, and payroll systems
- Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations for all outlets
- Attend and conduct meetings as required both within the department and within the property’s organizational structure
- Ensure team is following all standard policies and procedures.
- Promote and practice Evermore’s culture and establish a positive, inclusive work environment and ensure the resort’s brand is not compromised
- Respond to any reasonable task assigned by upper management or ownership
