Responsibilities
- Extensive contact with internal and external customers is required to establish and maintain relationships that lead to assist PCG recruiting efforts.
- Acts in a professional sales and marketing capacity to help meet division goals.
- Receives incoming calls and emails from prospects and external recruiters for potential RJ Advisors.
- Determines qualifications for each business model.
- Determines the appropriate business model to make referrals.
- Logs results into RJ Advisor Recruiting (ARC) database for the recruiter/manager.
- Receives scheduled call in requests.
- Receives incoming requests for information/Web Leads.
- Identify protected inbound referrals where follow-up is required.
- Send External Recruiter Rebound Referrals, Re-heat Referrals, Rebound Referrals, and Cross Referrals.
- Set meetings for recruiters/managers.
- Identifies expired inbound and outbound referrals, sends Home office Referrals to Outbound Consultants.
- Cultivates relationships with external recruiters.
- Cultivates relationship with recruiters/branch managers.
- Promotes Referral Rewards.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
