Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics and dashboard development
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL programming and Databricks
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining data products
  • Proficiency in Relational Databases (SQL Server preferred) data visualization (Tableau and/or PowerBI)
  • Experience integrating LLMs into applications using Azure OpenAI and/or Azure AI Foundry.
  • Exposure to LangChain (or similar frameworks) for building LLM workflows such as RAG or tool-using agents.
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering approaches (system prompts, few-shot, structured output, guardrails).
  • Understanding of AI limitations: hallucinations, safety risks, and strategies to mitigate them in production.
  • Experience with vector stores or search services (e.g., Azure AI Search) for retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, modeling techniques, and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills to ensure that the messages are received and understood both up and down within stakeholders’ organizations.
Preferred Skills
  • Master’s degree in data science, computer science, informatics, public health, or similar field
  • Experience with medical or dental claims data, electronic health records, and/or dental practice management software preferred
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Experience using data analytics and/or report development tools like PowerBI and Tableau
  • Experience with prompt engineering and AI data tools
  • Hands-on expertise with statistical software such as R, SAS
Education
