Requirements
  • 4–7+ years experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance creative roles at DTC/e-commerce brands — preferably wellness or CPG.
  • Proven track record of developing data-backed creative concepts that drive measurable performance across paid channels.
  • Exceptional understanding of paid social creative best practices (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shorts, Reels).
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to derive insights from data (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and translate them into creative decisions.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and messaging skills tailored to direct response.
  • Demonstrated ability to brief, manage, and critique creative deliverables.
  • Experience building personas, funnels, and messaging frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of landing page optimization and UX fundamentals.
  • Technical
  • Comfortable working in Google Sheets/Looker/Ads Managers or equivalent reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut is a plus.
  • Soft Skills
  • Bias toward action and fast iteration in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator.
  • Comfort managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to prototype scripts or light edits.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM/lifecycle tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Exposure to emerging channels (CTV, programmatic, audience segmentation tools).
  • Background in landing page experimentation tools
