Responsibilities
- The primary role of the Inside Account Representative is to follow up with current customers to expand and promote all of our lines of business.
- Conduct job completion follow-up with customers ensuring satisfactory completion of work.
- Handles customer's confidential payment information.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies and achieve sales targets
- Present product information, features and benefits to potential customers
- Negotiating sales terms, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Other tasks may be assigned by the sales supervisors to support the sales team.
- Market Knowledge
- Understanding of the customer base for the type of work being managed.
- Ability to interface with restaurant management and apartment complex managers and other key commercial contacts.
- Customer Relations
- Develop relationships with customers to build customer loyalty.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and praise.
- Work closely with service technicians in the selling and estimating processes.

- Ability to interface with restaurant management and apartment complex managers and other key commercial contacts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities required.

- A suitable candidate must work well within a team, be able to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines, and have excellent organizational skills.
- A working knowledge of various common software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Self-starter who is organized, thorough with attention to detail & follow-up skills.
- Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated prior experience in inside sales is highly preferred for this role.
- AS400 knowledge is preferred.

Because we are expanding rapidly through acquisitions and internal growth, we have an excellent opportunity available for an Inside Account Representative at our Ft. Lauderdale located in Deerfield Beach, FL. We are hiring immediately!
What this position provide:
Hourly rate of $25.00, with opportunity for performance based bonuses.
35 hour work week
Vacation and Sick time
Paid Holidays
